- Who is Rosco's Variety Shop?
In 2003 Rosco's Variety Shop was founded by Rosemary Stoner & Scott Diven Jr. Rosemary Stoner was born in Charleston, SC. She moved to Pennsylvania in the early 1980s where she established and operated her own hair salon and cosmetics business until early 2000. Scott Diven Jr was born in Harrisburg, PA. In the mid 1990s Scott received a position at a local golf course in customer service, sales, and accounting. Scott and Rosemary met in the late 1990s. In 2003 they moved to Myrtle Beach, SC. Combining each of their business skills they founded Rosco's Variety Shop.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MC, and Discover.
We now have a mail-in order form.
You may pay by check*, money order, or credit card when you mail in your order. You receive 10% off automatically when you mail in your order.
*All checks must clear before order is processed.

- How long will it take to get my order?
*Average order processing time is 36 hours.

- What is your return policy?
Damaged Items - Items are shipped fully insured. If an item arrives damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will reship the same item at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request the broken item be returned.
Unsatisfactory items (other than damaged) - We are happy to accept exchanges on items that are not satisfactory due to size, quality, etc. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item we will send you a replacement item of equal or lesser value. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges on replacement items.

- Can I ship a gift to a friend?
Yes!

- Do you ship to PO Boxes or Internationally?
Our orders ship UPS ground, and DHL 2-day.
These carriers don't ship to PO Boxes.
Now servicing Canada and Mexico - shipping* charges are the larger of 60% of order total OR $30.
*Delivery time is approximately 16 business days.

- Do I have to pay sales tax?
Shoppers from SC will pay 5% sales tax.
Shoppers from CA will pay 8.25% sales tax.

- How am I payed for referring a friend?
Everytime you reach $100 in referrals by the end of each month you will receive a check for total referrals at the end of that month within 1-2 weeks.
If you don't reach $100 in referrals in one month your total is carried over. You don't lose anything!
